THE PROPERTY
Each unit at The Anchorage includes air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing. We have a variety of unit option in order to create the vivacious commercial hub that will be The Anchorage. This includes long- or short-term rentals of large event spaces to individual units. All spaces have access to the 20' x 40 ' swimming pool and restrooms.

Building 1: Four individual units and one Meeting Room.

Building 2: Twelve sea-side units, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Building 3: Direct access from entrance to Restaurant on second floor.
BUILDING ONE
Three units with en-suites are on the south side of the building and share a mixed-stone courtyard. The meeting room is positioned in the center on the building with a gorgeous view of the pool and sea. One unit is adjacent to the entrance. These spaces are excellent options for offices, boutiques, cafes, creative spaces, studios, conferences, yoga, pilates, or flex spaces.
BUILDING TWO

The 8 commercial units available boast en-suite bathrooms and most have private verandas. Turn these sea-side units into whatever you fancy. Four bedroom units are ready to host you overnight. Two Office spaces are available for short term rental. Listen to waves lulling you to sleep or keeping you company while you work.
BUILDING THREE
At the entrance, a unit is available and a storage/laundry service space. Accessed directly from the entrance, your guests could enjoy the 2nd floor restaurant. It is available for long term leasing or daily for events. Enjoy this kitchen and serving space with a built in buffet area. Have the hottest breakfast, lunch &/ dinner spot or host a gorgeous event overlooking the calm, cool Caribbean Sea.
