The Anchorage Hub Policies

We are honoured to be involved in your long-term rental with us or your event space rental. Prior to contacting us, please ensure you are comfortable with our rental policies below.

Rules and Guidelines

​Event Space at The Anchorage Hub

​

Bar and Lounge Event Space
1- Thank you for renting Bar and Lounge Event Space (available between 8am-11 pm) Should your patrons spill over into other areas there will be an additional charge.
2- The section north of the bar is out of bounds for safety reasons. We recommend renting the pool with the Bar and Lounge area as guests are likely to move to those areas and it provides a better experience for attendees.
3- Guest rooms and verandas are out of bounds
4- Music is to be kept below 90 decibels and neighbouring tenants are not to be disturbed.
5- The event is to end at or before 11 pm and clean up by 12 am. An additional fee will be incurred if the activities extend past 12 am.
6- A clean up fee will be applied if the space is not returned in the same condition it was received in.
7- The renter is responsible for Damages
8- The landlord accepts no liability for any injury or death incurred by the renter, suppliers or their guests at the premises.
9- Balance of account is to be paid before the event and any additional charges should be paid within 1 week of the event.
10- Mr Xavier will be representing The Anchorage Ltd from 10pm to ensure the guidelines are adhered to.

Restaurant Space

1- Thank you for renting Restaurant Space (available between 8am-11 pm) Should your patrons spill over into other areas there will be an additional charge.

The Anchorage Home

1- Thank you for renting The Anchorage Home space. This area is an accommodation and events should not be held here. Additional charges will be billed if a large event were to occur without the knowledge and approval of The Anchorage Hub.

2- Balance of account is to be paid before the event and any additional charges should be paid within 1 week of the event

3- Mr Xavier will be representing The Anchorage Ltd from 10pm to ensure the guidelines are adhered to.
